When you submit a holiday delivery pause, we collect only the information necessary to stop your deliveries:

• Your property address and postcode.
• The date you want deliveries to stop and the date you want deliveries to resume.
• Your name (optional, to help distinguish households at the same address).
• Your email address (optional, solely if you request an email confirmation receipt).

3. How We Use This Information

Your information is used strictly to inform our milkmen not to leave bottles at your door during your holiday. We never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Public Website Privacy Protections

Our public holiday form is write-only. It is technically impossible for anyone searching an address on our website to see whether you are a Pulford customer, what milk you order, or whether you have an active holiday booked.
